1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including in-person and online photography classes, workshops, and any related materials provided through the Website.

1.2 By registering for any class or workshop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to participate.

1.3 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.

2. Registration and Payments

2.1 Registration: To enroll in a class or workshop, you must complete the registration process on our Website. Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

2.2 Payments: All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless stated otherwise. Payment options will be displayed during checkout.

2.3 Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds are subject to the following conditions and can take up to 90 days to complete:

• Unless, under exceptional personal circumstances, or a class is canceled entirely, refunds are unavailable.
• Class rescheduled by Shutterbug for inclement weather or personal reasons will receive make-up sessions in a future class or via ZOOM.
• Rescheduling a class is NOT considered a cancellation.
• No refunds will be issued for student cancellations or no-shows.
• Online courses have a 30-day money-back guarantee.

3. Online Courses

3.1 Access: Online courses contain streaming video. You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and suitable technology.

3.2 Recordings: Virtual classes or personal sessions may be recorded for internal purposes or student review. By participating, you consent to being recorded unless you notify us in advance.

3.3 Misuse: Unauthorized sharing, recording, or distribution of class content is strictly prohibited.

4. In-Person Classes

4.1 Location: 2025 Riverside Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43221. You are responsible for your travel arrangements and accommodations unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Health and Safety: Attendees must follow all health and safety guidelines at the venue. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these policies.

4.3 Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disasters, pandemics), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel in-person classes. Refund policies will apply accordingly.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All class materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and videos, are protected by copyright laws.

5.2 You are granted a non-transferable license to use these materials solely for personal educational purposes. Redistribution, modification, or commercial use is prohibited.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1 All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow students.

6.2 Disruptive behavior or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the class without a refund.

7. Liability

7.1 Shutterbug Training and its staff are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during participation in our services.

7.2 By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Shutterbug Training from any claims arising from your involvement.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 We respect your privacy and handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

8.2 Any photographs or videos taken during classes may be used for promotional purposes. You may opt-out by notifying us in writing.

9. Governing Law

The laws of Ohio govern these Terms and Conditions, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Franklin County.
